The EcoTec concept uses environmentally conscious materials and practices and is created locally, by locals. Built in our prefabrication facility located in the Sooke Business Park, EcoTec Homes can be directly delivered virtually anywhere, turnkey and ready to use. Not to be confused with modular homes, these structures are attached to a permanent foundation and fully connected like a traditionally built home.
